It is a set of 3 training programs (4 weeks each) that meet for 2 hours once per week. Because it is done in more of a "workshop" format than a seminar, you will go through exercises and begin to design systems for all aspects of your business. It is a great value , and is also a great starting point if you have never worked with a coach before!

Each Attendee also receives a Business Effectiveness Evaluation and a 1 on 1 session with the coach
