		<description>THANKS for the kind words. Let me add a few more. We seat about 130 people and the place was designed for about 300 per day and pushing that to about 500 on a good weekend. We did almost 900 today and expect more tomorrow. We&#039;ve got a lot to learn and will continue to listen to our customers for the best direction. Help us thru this &quot;training&quot; time and you&#039;ll get a good product.
 Franchising was one of our reasons for this and will wait to see what happens in the next few months before we go any further. Take the time to introduce yourself if you come in again. THANKS!
