The stockings were hung from the fireplace with care, in hopes that St. Nicholas would soon be there.

2008 has been a challenging year, but there’s good reason to hope that betters days are in the future and we’ve certainly all had plenty of opportunities to learn and grow – and really isn’t that the point?
