It seems to me that people have a mindset of &quot;tell&quot; rather than &quot;ask&quot; and are consequently in sell mode and looking for the killer tag line or to talk someone into workign with them. It is so much simpler and more fun, and generates more trust and interest if you change that mindset around to finding out about other people - it takes the pressure off you too!</description>
