Hey there! My name is Shawn Kinkade and I’m the founder of Aspire Business Development. I work with business owners that are feeling overwhelmed, lonely (in a professional way) or just trying to figure out what their next step should be to grow their business.
My background is in management consulting originally (a little company called Accenture - based out of Chicago), but I also had a lot of great experience as part of the start-up team at Sprint PCS. There I led a team of over 100 people and drove some fascinating projects. Although I really enjoyed those opportunities, now I’m excited about helping business owners grow their business and take control of their life.
I live in a Kansas suburb of Kansas City, Missouri with a great wife and 2 kids that keep us both busy and worn out…! ;-) As you can probably tell from my blog entries, I enjoy photography (mine and others), reading, travelling, sports and the occassional PC game.
What you’ll see on here are my thoughts, ideas, questions and discussions mostly on how to build a better a business, but certainly some focus on life in general, mine or what I observe about others. Hopefully you’ll enjoy it or get something out of it. If you do, send me a comment or an email and let me know. It will certainly be better if it’s a dialogue.
